Udarah Skill Technology Private Limited is a professionally managed organization incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and registered with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The company is dedicated to promoting skill development, vocational education, livelihood generation, and employment opportunities for youth and persons with disabilities across India.

Since its establishment in 2018, the company has been actively engaged in implementing skill development and capacity-building programs under various Central and State Government initiatives. Udarah Skill Technology Private Limited has successfully collaborated with reputed government agencies and Sector Skill Councils, including the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Madhya Pradesh State Skill Development & Employment Generation Board (MPSSDEGB), Rubber, Chemical & Polymer Skill Development Council (RCPSDC), and the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.

Over the years, the company has trained more than 2,640 candidates, with a strong focus on the empowerment and socio-economic inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). Out of the total trained candidates, approximately 2,160 beneficiaries belong to the PwD category, including 2,070 candidates with locomotor disabilities. The organization has also successfully trained candidates with low vision and speech and hearing impairments, ensuring equal access to quality skill development opportunities.

The company currently operates training centres across Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh and has established a strong presence in the skill development ecosystem. At present, Udarah Skill Technology Private Limited is operating 10 vocational training centres under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD) across Madhya Pradesh, providing industry-relevant training and employment support services. In addition, the organization has successfully implemented various skill development projects in multiple districts of Madhya Pradesh under different government schemes.

The company possesses extensive experience in delivering training across diverse sectors, including Information Technology and IT Enabled Services (IT-ITES), Apparel, Electronics, Rubber, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Retail, and other emerging industry sectors. The training programs are designed in accordance with National Occupational Standards (NOS) and Qualification Packs (QPs), ensuring quality, relevance, and industry acceptance.

Udarah Skill Technology Private Limited has consistently maintained an excellent performance record in training delivery, candidate mobilization, assessment coordination, certification, and post-training support. The organization has achieved an overall placement rate exceeding 70%, reflecting its commitment to enhancing employability and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for trainees.
